Radiator not Heating:

One reason can be pressure in CV Ketel. Check the pressure in your CV ketel(below pics for remeha tzerra altough all CV ketel has similar functionalities).

Loose water inlets and let the pressure increase & move the pointer to green zone. And then close lossen the water inlet. Check the radiators are heating or not. Radiators started heating in my house because pressure was low.
